It features precision height adjustment and angled surface covers to eliminate pooling of water or food particles. The pneumatic control system reduces damage caused by moisture build–up, caustic cleaning processes, and daily wear and tear, making it ideal for industrial food plants, kitchens, and commissaries working with extreme hot and cold environments
